Magazine content, images, page arrangements, and other publication materials must be reviewed and approved by the customer before printing. Customers should ensure that all supplied content is accurate and authorized for use.
Brochure designs and content should be checked carefully before final approval. Changes requested after printing has started may result in additional charges or revised delivery timelines.
Customers must verify names, contact details, design, logos, addresses, and other information before approving visiting card printing. Bhagwati Printers is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
Flyer printing specifications, including size, quantity, design, and content, should be confirmed before production. Any changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
Customers must provide correct banner dimensions, artwork, text, logos, and other required information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted content is legally permitted for printing.
Catalogue content, product information, photographs, pricing, descriptions, and page layouts must be checked and approved by the customer before printing. Bhagwati Printers is not responsible for errors in customer-approved content.
Calendar dates, photographs, logos, branding elements, and other information must be reviewed carefully before final approval. Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of the supplied information.
Customers must verify all business information, including company names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, logos, and other details before approving stationery for production.
Customized printing orders may have specific requirements relating to size, material, design, quantity, finishing, and production. Customers should clearly communicate their requirements before confirming an order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before printing. Once final approval is provided and production begins, modifications may not be possible without additional costs or production delays.
An order is considered confirmed once the required specifications, artwork, quantity, pricing, and other applicable details have been agreed upon by the customer and Bhagwati Printers.
Payment terms may vary depending on the order and project requirements. Customers are expected to make payments according to the agreed terms before or during production, as applicable.
Minor variations in color, paper texture, finishing, or production may occur due to printing processes and material characteristics. Such reasonable production variations may not be considered defects.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on order quantity, complexity, artwork approval, material availability, and production requirements. Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect the delivery schedule.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted text, images, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials are accurate and legally authorized for printing.
Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use the content, images, logos, designs, and other materials supplied for printing. Customers remain responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized content.
Order cancellation or changes after confirmation may be subject to production status and applicable costs. Once printing or production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible without charges.
